履帶式拋丸(wan)清理(li)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)機是根據用(yong)戶要求(qiu)設(she)(she)計的(de)一(yi)種新型(xing)(xing)專用(yong)拋丸(wan)清理(li)設(she)(she)備,用(yong)于鑄件(jian)(jian)及鍛件(jian)(jian)、小型(xing)(xing)圓簧、軸承(cheng)等(deng)工件(jian)(jian)的(de)清理(li)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua)。本設(she)(she)備拋丸(wan)量更(geng)大(da),密(mi)封性(xing) 更(geng)好,清理(li)效(xiao)果(guo)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)效(xiao)率及除塵(chen)效(xiao)果(guo)有了(le)較(jiao)大(da)的(de)提高,室(shi)體(ti)使用(yong)軋(ya)制Mn13室(shi)體(ti)護板,單班生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)使用(yong)壽命可達10年(nian)。通過拋丸(wan)清理(li)強(qiang)(qiang)化(hua),不但可以去除工件(jian)(jian)表(biao) 面(mian)的(de)銹蝕、氧化(hua)皮(pi)、鑄造后的(de)型(xing)(xing)砂(sha)等(deng),還可以降(jiang)低工件(jian)(jian)的(de)內應力(li),提高工件(jian)(jian)的(de)抗疲勞強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)。本機可單機使用(yong)也(ye)可配線使用(yong),具有較(jiao)高的(de)清理(li)效(xiao)率。
履帶式拋丸機工作原理
在清理(li)倉內(nei)加入規定數(shu)量的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)后,大門(men)關(guan)閉(bi),機(ji)(ji)(ji)器(qi)(qi)啟動(dong),工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)被滾筒帶(dai)動(dong),開始翻(fan)轉,同時拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)器(qi)(qi)高速拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)出(chu)的(de)(de)彈丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)形(xing)成(cheng)扇形(xing)束,均勻地打擊在工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)表面上(shang), 從而達到(dao)清理(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)出(chu)的(de)(de)彈丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)及砂(sha)(sha)粒從履帶(dai)上(shang)的(de)(de)小(xiao)孔,流入底(di)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)螺(luo)旋輸(shu)送器(qi)(qi)上(shang),經(jing)螺(luo)旋輸(shu)送器(qi)(qi)送入提升機(ji)(ji)(ji)內(nei),由(you)提升機(ji)(ji)(ji)提到(dao)分(fen)(fen)離器(qi)(qi)中進(jin)(jin)行(xing)分(fen)(fen)離。含塵(chen)氣(qi)體由(you)風 機(ji)(ji)(ji)吸(xi)送到(dao)除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)中過濾(lv)后,變(bian)為清潔空(kong)氣(qi),排入大氣(qi)中,灰(hui)塵(chen)經(jing)空(kong)氣(qi)反(fan)吹落入除塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)底(di)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)集塵(chen)箱中,用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶可定期(qi)清除。廢砂(sha)(sha)由(you)廢料(liao)管(guan)(guan)流出(chu),用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶可回(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)砂(sha)(sha)混合 物由(you)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)回(hui)收進(jin)(jin)入室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)體,待分(fen)(fen)離器(qi)(qi)分(fen)(fen)離后再(zai)回(hui)用(yong)(yong)(yong).拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)布(bu)置(zhi)經(jing)過計算機(ji)(ji)(ji)三維動(dong)態模擬,所有(you)(you)布(bu)置(zhi)的(de)(de)角度、位置(zhi)均由(you)計算機(ji)(ji)(ji)設(she)(she)計確(que)定。在照(zhao)顧所有(you)(you)需清理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)的(de)(de) 基礎上(shang),盡量減(jian)少彈丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)的(de)(de)空(kong)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao),從而最大限(xian)度地提高了(le)彈丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)的(de)(de)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)率,減(jian)少了(le)對(dui)清理(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei)防護板(ban)的(de)(de)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)。履帶(dai)式拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作程序是:連鎖啟動(dong)—上(shang)料(liao)—進(jin)(jin)入拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)— 關(guan)門(men) —拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)器(qi)(qi)啟動(dong)—工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)翻(fan)滾—丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)料(liao)門(men)開 —拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)打滾翻(fan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)—丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)料(liao)門(men)關(guan)—門(men)開—工(gong)(gong)(gong)件(jian)退出(chu)拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)—由(you)輸(shu)送機(ji)(ji)(ji)輸(shu)送—上(shang)卸料(liao)可同時進(jin)(jin)行(xing)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)料(liao)循環。 室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)體系焊(han)接結構(gou),由(you)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)殼、室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頂及室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)內(nei)防護等部(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)組成(cheng)。室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)殼底(di)部(bu)(bu)有(you)(you)螺(luo)旋輸(shu)送器(qi)(qi),內(nei)部(bu)(bu)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)履帶(dai)及其傳動(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou),端(duan)部(bu)(bu)裝(zhuang)有(you)(you)端(duan)盤,內(nei)部(bu)(bu)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)耐磨(mo)(mo)護板(ban)防護,室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)頂固 定拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)器(qi)(qi)。 拋(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)(pao)丸(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)(wan)器(qi)(qi)設(she)(she)計了(le)簡單可靠的(de)(de)安全防護裝(zhuang)置(zhi),當設(she)(she)備(bei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)檢(jian)修、潤(run)滑等操(cao)作時,該(gai)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可保證進(jin)(jin)入清理(li)室(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)人員的(de)(de)絕對(dui)安全。
履帶式拋丸機注意事項
1 、凡是本機(ji)操作人員必須(xu)對本說明書以及本機(ji)的(de)工作原理性能(neng)及操作方法、潤滑等方面有全面的(de)了解,方能(neng)進行操作;
2 、將(jiang)彈丸(wan)(200kg)陸續加入室(shi)體(ti)內,然后放入工件,關閉加料門,準備開(kai)車;
3 、啟動除塵器風機;
4 、依次按(an)鈕啟(qi)(qi)動:提升機(ji)、拋丸(wan)器、供(gong)丸(wan)閘門,開始清(qing)理工作。清(qing)理完(wan)畢后(hou),依次按(an)鈕關閉:供(gong)丸(wan)閘門、拋丸(wan)器、提升機(ji)、除塵器風機(ji),再啟(qi)(qi)動振打(da)(da)電機(ji)清(qing)灰,到一(yi)定時(shi)間后(hou)振打(da)(da)停止;
5 、拋(pao)丸器完全停止(zhi)后(hou),打開加料門,將(jiang)工(gong)裝(zhuang)及工(gong)件(jian)吊出;
6 、遇有緊急情況,可按急停(ting)(ting)按鈕(niu),機器(qi)立(li)即全部停(ting)(ting)止工作;
7、 全(quan)部工(gong)作(zuo)完畢后,應及(ji)時關閉(bi)除塵器;
8 、在通風除(chu)塵(chen)系(xi)統中,裝(zhuang)有兩個蝶閥(見除(chu)塵(chen)系(xi)統圖),根(gen)據情況調(diao)整(zheng)兩蝶閥,可得到(dao)良(liang)好的分離(li)效果;
9、拋(pao)丸器定(ding)(ding)(ding)向(xiang)套的(de)調整(zheng)(zheng):定(ding)(ding)(ding)向(xiang)套的(de)調整(zheng)(zheng)可參考(kao)圖四所示(shi)的(de)示(shi)意圖調整(zheng)(zheng),在使用過程中(zhong)因(yin)定(ding)(ding)(ding)向(xiang)套磨(mo)損使彈丸擴散(san)角(jiao)(jiao)增大,導(dao)致拋(pao)丸器和清理室的(de)其他護板磨(mo)損加快。因(yin)此,定(ding)(ding)(ding)向(xiang)套的(de)磨(mo)損超過10毫米(mi)時,應更(geng)換(huan)新的(de)定(ding)(ding)(ding)向(xiang)套(開(kai)口(kou)方向(xiang)與水平方線夾(jia)角(jiao)(jiao)為45°);
10 、應定(ding)期清除除塵器下方集(ji)塵箱中(zhong)的粉塵,以(yi)防阻塞(sai)排塵管,影響除塵效果;
11、應經常清理(li)清理(li)室底部以及分(fen)離器漏斗中篩(shai)網下的雜物(wu);
12 、應經(jing)常清(qing)掃設備(bei)周(zhou)圍的彈丸,以防滑(hua)倒傷人。
13、應(ying)經常檢查清理室中履帶及提升機皮(pi)帶有無跑偏現象,以免損傷皮(pi)帶;
14、禁止(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)拋丸器沒完全停止(zhi)(zhi)時(shi)打開加料門(men),以防出(chu)現事故。
